Coaching

Structured help for building the village deliberately.

Not therapy. Not advice. Structured walking-alongside for people taking on something specific — building a kin network from scratch, navigating grandfamily caregiving, repairing a broken family system, becoming a coach yourself.

How Coaching Works Here

You don't pay platform fees. Coaches keep what their clients pay. The platform's role is the tools — scheduling, secure notes, billing, session recordings (if both parties consent), client portal.

Sessions are private. Coach + client only. The platform doesn't read or analyze session content. RID-tier protection on session notes.

Coaches are credentialed. Every coach has completed the Become a Coach certification + annual recertification. The credential is verifiable.

Coaching is a transactional product. The platform's broader role as facilitator (bringing members together) is different from a coach's role (1:1 walking-alongside). Both have a place.
