Every other circle nests under this one.
At the root of the canon hierarchy: the Grand Matriarchy platform itself is a circle. Every World, every member's FAM, every coaching cohort, every library partner — they all live inside this circle, with templates that give them their shape. This card is the meta-view: what the platform is from the architecture down.
FAM, VA, Elder, Family & Friends, Parents, Creator, Relationship, Writers, Philippines. Each its own project home; each its own sub-circles.
Caregivers, Thursday Table, Grief, Games, Faith, Library Partners, Welcome Village — cross-cutting circles that any member can join from any World.
GMA Daisy Inc (profit), Grandma Daisy Inc 501c3, future selling circles. The commerce layer respects the FAM/PRO firewall.
JNY team, DAISY team, AEGIS team — the work-side circles that hold the code, hardware, and people building each project.
Every member has one (size 1). Holds their personal Bookshelf, Life Board, Cart, Account. ENT personas (Daisy, Jenny) each own one too — visitable.
Identity (Keycloak gmad realm), comm (Matrix), payments (Authorize.net + ERPNext), telephony (Asterisk PBX), storage (IONOS + Bunny). All circle-bound.
Per project_circle_is_universal_primitive.md: everything is a circle. Templates parameterize them. Nesting is recursive DAG.

"Friends with each other, not us." Platform-level test for every feature: does it bring members closer to each other or closer to the platform? If the latter, push back.
Enable + maintain, don't curate. Hosts get the full toolbox without bias toward intimate-vs-broadcast style. Reliability matters more than opinion.
Parts first, no master journey. Each circle/Mini is a standalone product. Navigation/composition adapts to user context; no canonical "user journey" enforced.
You don't have to start at the top. Start at the part that fits your life.
